Pie:

1 pound cream cheese

2 eggs

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

 

Topping:

1 pint sour cream

4 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

 

 

Mix eggs and sugar; beat well

Add cream cheese and vanilla; beat until smooth

Bake in graham cracker crust for 20 minutes at 375 degrees

Take out of oven and turn the oven to 425 degrees

Bake for an additional 5 minutes

 

Mix ingredients for topping well; spoon over top of pir

Bake 5 more minutes at 425 degrees

Cool then refrigerate
